Ricky Davison

Ricky has over 15 years’ experience working with Boards, CEOs and Executive Teams of ASX 20, FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations to solve their biggest people challenges across Asia Pacific and Europe. Ricky’s experience covers the full talent lifecycle from strategy through to acquisition, retention and leadership succession. He has a passion for Executive Search and enjoys working with clients to identify the right leaders who can drive business strategy forward, whilst making a meaningful contribution to customers, colleagues and the broader community.

Ricky joined Acquisitive as a Partner and is responsible for leading the growth of the organization along with service delivery for key global clients.

Prior to joining Acquisitive Ricky led the Executive Talent function at a Big 4 Bank in Australia, with responsibility for the executive talent acquisition, mobilisation and succession management of the top 350 executive roles across the organization. He previously worked with Evolve Intelligence, a talent advisory firm that was purchased by Mercer.
