Rob is a highly experienced talent management expert with over 20 years’ experience working with leading public and private companies across the world.
Rob co-founded Acquisitive in 2021 and prior to this, was the COO of Evolve, a leading talent intelligence firm which was acquired by Mercer, a division of Fortune 500 company Marsh McLennan. Prior to that Rob was a Director in HMR and was successful selling this business to Nestor Healthcare (UK) in 2003.
He has vast experience, having worked with divergent industries including professional services, financial services, telecommunications, energy, mining, healthcare and technology and thrives on enabling client results through the application of talent + intelligence.
