Caroline has over 30 years of proven experience in leading complex business transformation programs across the public, not for profit and private sectors.  Caroline advocates a holistic systems approach to clients searching for, or seeking to create new market, service or client opportunities in order to drive sustainable growth.

Equipped with a systems view of the strategic challenge, Caroline works her clients and their staff, consulting colleagues and valued partners to analyse and ‘hone in’ on those parts of their ‘system’ that must be transformed, changed or fine-tuned to realise those defining ambitions and goals that must be achieved in order to deliver both value and outcomes for the market, customers, employees and broader community.
